Its Friday (yippee!) - time for another Steal this Idea* feature - a tiny show of appreciation for a great idea and well executed tutorial.
Today's idea is such a simple idea but one I had never seen before in quite this way. Tim, also known, as the other half of the incredibly talented Kara Paslay (you might remember she guest posted here last year and shared her FAB dining room makeover), had whipped this little coat rack up using some old locks and wood. And he didn't use any fancy pretty vintage locks (that cost a fortune) either- just some old brassies and turned it into a functional organizing tool. Love it.
Pop over to Kara Paslay Designs for more details on this and many other fabulous DIY projects.
postscript: *When I say steal, I really mean borrow nicely and give proper credit!
**If you have an idea/tutorial you would like me to consider for a feature, email me. I'd love to see!

ReplyDeleteAdorable! I love this idea. I just DIY'd a key rack (link below), but I love the creativity of yours. I would never think to do that! How did she know her keys would actually fit in those vintage locks?!
