These log invitations were for the guests that will be celebrating all weekend long with the happy couple. Wedding only guests got another kind of invitation that was also pretty cool. Here you can see the save the date, wedding invitation and secret log invitation all together.
I helped by designing the printed pieces but the real genius was all the future mr. + mrs' idea. My brother crafted each box by hand and they were hand delivered. Kudos to him and my fabulous future sister in law for coming up with an invitation that wows. I can't wait to celebrate with them.
(excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the ground).

Each piece looks amazing! What lucky guests; they must be thrilled! Quick question... can I ask what the print method is that you used to print the white on the gray paper? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteEverything is printed on white paper - the gray parts are gray ink.
DeleteJust beautiful!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these.
ReplyDelete"Wood" you look at that! I love it. I want one! Clever, crafty, creative carpentry~
ReplyDeleteI wonder if their gift registry is all wood, cutting boards, salad bowls, furniture....

These are seriously amazing. I am coveting one of those little log boxes, they are magical! I love how a collaboration takes a great idea and makes it brilliant. I love working on ideas/projects with my sister too as they take on a new life of their own with our combined input. I forsee some great future projects from the two of you!
ReplyDeleteThese are so incredible! What an amazing way to get the guests excited for their big day! Just wondering... what printing method did you use to print the white ink on the green paper? I'm helping some friends with some invitations as well, and she'd like to use white ink on kraft paper, but we're having a hard time finding somewhere to print that. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThere is only green ink on the paper.
