I had this idea that I should photograph some of the old cameras I've collected over the years and blow them up as artwork. I do think they are beautiful and it gives me the ultimate reason to keep collecting but I'm not sure where to hang them. [sidebar: prints are available in the gift shop]
I think these might be fun to put in our shore living room but obviously it's not very "beachy". Not that everything has to be so literal but not sure if its the right spot. What do you think?
I love this idea! I have two vintage cameras displayed in my living room, but I'd love to have more.

It will definitely work at the beach. Basically, when you are there even for just a week-end, you are on vacation, and a camera is as important on a vacation as luggage. There's your justification for hanging them on the shore condo's wall.
ReplyDeleteYou take photos at the beach, so...
ReplyDeleteNot for publishing but funny. Photographing cameras. :)
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI think it's a great idea to display them at your beach home. Hugs from Conroe, TX
ReplyDeleteWhat about creating a montage of all of them and printing one big poster and put it in a nice frame
ReplyDeleteCameras mean vacation, beach or otherwise, so I think they would be a nice alternative to the expected seashore, gulls or sunset artwork. Hang them in a grid for a nice geometric touch. Look forward to seeing them hung.
ReplyDeleteI think it would be fun to hang these at the shore!
ReplyDeleteHang them at the shore and sell them on this site as well!
ReplyDeleteThanks Shannon. They are for sale at my newly created society6 shop.
