I had planned to have some great posts this week including a couple of trip recaps and the results of the living room dresser paint job. But I have to confess that I haven't done very much. I caught some kind of bug on Monday night and haven't had the energy to do much since. So my apologies for the lack of excitement today.
Until then, here is a photo of a different kind of bug from a recent trip. More to come on that soon.

ReplyDeleteI say it's from the Pacific Northwest, just to be contrary. :)
Well, it looks like a Blue Monarch. I saw those in Australia (Melbourne, to be exact) many, many years ago at the Royal Melbourne Zoo. Don't think that was where you were. I'll say Singapore. They have a few there including one at the airport.
ReplyDeleteBy "few there", I meant Butterfly Gardens, not random butterflies roaming the city.
ReplyDeleteI was going to guess Brazil, but since others have already guessed that, I'll change it up and guess Panama!

ReplyDeleteI see you already have a couple of guesses for costa rica - that was my guess as well. You had posted a photo of arenal on your blog a while ago, so I am guessing you have traveled there. I was at arenal for 5 days and saw nothing remotely like a volcano, just a fog covered mountain! Hope you are feeling better.
