I'm going to try to make the most of having Thursday and Friday off this week. In the meantime, I took a very quick shot of the nursery in progress. Lots more details to come on but we just hung the Tonic Living custom window treatments and I luuuuurve them. If you are thinking of custom, contact them right now - they are fabulous! I'll show them off more in a future post.
Wondering about nursery progress? Here is what's left:
- paint the dresser
- wait a little longer for my glider to arrive (hurry up!)
- artwork
- make mobile
- stock with baby supplies
Pretty good right? As you can tell I had to change up the layout a little so I have to rethink what to put on the walls.
And speaking of baby on the brain, this week is chock full of baby activity: doctor appt, my maternity photoshoot (still don't know what to wear!) and my baby shower (I'm so excited to see what my friend has waiting for me) are all this week.
It's all so real now - kind of scary.
These last few weeks will seem an eternity at the time, but when you reflect back on them later, they will seemed to have flown by! Oh, and you don't look huge at all! I did a quick post today with your gift tag download: http://willowispandrea.blogspot.ca/2012/11/woodland-christmas-tags.html
ReplyDeleteLove those tags!
I am at 21 weeks and you have totally put me to shame! All we have is a glider and some paint swatches taped to the wall! Can't wait to see the finished product and how it all turned out. Have a great week!

ReplyDeleteLOVE the nursery shot. Cannot wait to see the rest. And I agree with the rest, you certainly don't look ginormous. :) Have fun this week with all the baby activities. And enjoy your shower!
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous your 34 weeks- I'm 10 behind but feeling like I'm going to burst any minute! Love the sneak peek of your nursery- it looks so pretty!!!
ReplyDeleteThe nursery looks AMAZING! I cannot wait to see the final touches. It's so cute.
ReplyDeleteAnd you look great. Can't wait to see your maternity shoot. I'm sure you will look great no matter what you wear (but, I definitely obsess over what I'm going to wear for things, and it seems so much worse when pregnant for some reason).
You look fabulous!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a happy Thanksgiving.

ReplyDeleteoh wow, those curtains are to-die-for! Fabulous addition to the room! Can't wait to see it all come together! :)
ReplyDeleteWOW! I cannot believe you are 34 weeks! You look fantastic. The Curtains look amazing. I used that Premier fabric in that color as well, in my daughters room makeover and was excited to find that it is available in a heavier Home Decor weight, a slub (not all colors) and ALSO a cotton poplin weight. I made her Pillow shams in the cotton poplin, so when she sleeps on they they don't feel like sofa cushions!!! I know you are having so much fun! And I am so happy for you. Thanks for the updates!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteThese curtains are made from the home decor weight plus a blackout lining so they are super heavy and hang beautifully.
I've read your blog forever (I think I initially found it at Rate My Space?!?, I somehow came across your home renovation pictures) and I think this is my first post.
ReplyDeleteMy second son is 9 months old and I'm JUST now finishing up the nursery and just started blogging about it! I've followed along as you have planned the nursery and I think it looks beautiful so far! Good luck.
That looks so fantastic! Love the curtains and that little white thing that probably has something to do with babies but I am so clueless I don't know what it is. You look gorgeous, by the way. Happy almost turkey day!
ReplyDeleteI wish I had done an actual maternity shoot. Oh well. You look great, pregnancy suits you!
