December has somehow arrived which means I can let my holiday loving freak flag fly without shame now. Hooray! Turn up the Christmas music!
Speaking of which, the lovely ladies over at Pimlico magazine asked me to contribute a place setting for their holiday issue and I wanted to share it with you too. Hot pinks and reds are always festive! I printed one of my favorite holiday quotes on an overhead transparency and cut to size for the plate. Read the whole issue to see lots of other holiday inspired ideas.
My house still looks like a holiday and baby bomb went off in here so I'm not quite ready to show you anything new for this years holiday celebrations but its as good a time as any to remind you that I've shared some fun freebies in years past. Hope you can put them to good use this year (and if you do, please drop me a line, I love to hear about it

Of course I'm collecting holiday inspiration on my ho ho ho pinterest board but I know a lot of you are cooking up some good stuff in your homes for the holidays and on your own blogs. Share and share alike!
You read my mind of the gift tag date update. Thanks, mind reader! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the red & aqua mix. I went that way with my decor too. Always tough to pick what colour scheme to use for the holidays.
ReplyDeleteStill love your Naughty or Nice gift tags. They look great with the craft paper wrapping.
That place setting is just so refreshing and really beautiful. Love it! We've been busy getting ready for my grandmother's estate sale, so I have no decor up. Instead, I'm busy rearranging furniture, making room for all the stuff I've brought in from her house. So ready to be finished. And for merry making!
ReplyDeleteLove that place setting! Mix of pink, red and aqua is so great. So far I've been slowly decorating our house, including when I made a bunch of wreaths last week, which are up at my blog. Loving getting into the holiday spirit!
ReplyDeleteLove the color mix! Just curious about your flatware arrangement?
ReplyDeleteThis is such a fabulous place setting. I love the colors and everything is just perfect. Beautiful job!
