The idea is hardly new (hello, its the poor man's Trompe-l'œil) but in this form its a lot more fun! Considering I still love chalkboard walls and hand sketched everything so its no surprise I adore this - you could even say I'm drawn to it. Ha!

ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to try something like this! I figured I would wait until we have kids so I can utilize this technique in the baby nursery. It sounds like a fun (if not tedious) project.
ReplyDeleteThis is stunning! I also lack the drawing talents needed to pull this off. I did learn to draw furniture and interior perspectives in college but I'm not sure that expensive degree would help me in any shape or form. I think this would look great behind my bed.
