I love this remodel and am in the process of trying to make some decisions about remodeling our space, so I have a few questions:
ReplyDelete1) did you actually cut back the wall, or just extend the counter into that lovely island?
2) I'm thinking about a similar island set up. Is it large enough? and do you mind sharing the dimensions?
Thanks so much!
Amelia
Hi Amelia. Anna sent me the following answer to your question. Hope that helps!
Delete"yes, the back wall was removed. at the end of the counter was an opening into the kitchen which we closed and extended the counter to then form the peninsula. dimensions of the peninsula are 42x72 not counting the counter overhang over the stools. we think it's plenty of space:)"
Thanks so much! That really does help
